Private Beach Construction Update
Posted: December 19, 2024 • Category: Community
The beach facility continues to take shape. Over the past month more concrete work has been completed. Precast concrete slabs for the roof are being installed, and in the coming weeks, trusses will arrive to begin enclosing the second floor. Tie beams have been poured, forms stripped, and planks set in place. The remaining structural rebar will soon be concealed beneath the topping.
