Message from the BBCA: Community Update #1

Dear Bonita Bay residents,

Now that Hurricane Milton has passed, a survey of the property is being conducted. What we know right now is it appears there has been minimal flooding and damage reported. Mostly landscape debris, few tree limbs, and standing water. Grounds Maintenance crews will be clearing the roads soon.

We advise you to please drive carefully throughout the community. A few neighborhoods have reported power outages. FPL is working diligently to restore homes quickly.

The road to our Private Beach is still not accessible. We should hear from our contractor soon on the status. As soon as we are able to access our Private beach and other facilities, we will provide another update.

All staff members have reported they are safe, along with their families. Some staff will return to Bonita Bay today to assess the damage. After our assessment, we will restore the community with its amenities and support any residents in need.
