From the BBCA: Private Beach Construction News & Updates

In the month of October, we experienced two storms – Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Our contractor and crews have worked diligently to remove the five feet plus of sand accumulation caused by the storm surge. Luckily, the building is strong and did not receive any damage. It is estimated 400 truck loads of sand were deposited on the property, which equates to approximately 18 million pounds of sand. This set us back about three weeks on the construction schedule.
